On this portal, you will find recorded videos from our classes and links to live classes (via the Calendar). Feel free to browse through the video library and join us for a session.

Figure 8 Workout : All levels welcome. This class focuses on the latest trend of using dance moves to help shape your body and ensure a great workout.

Stretch / Flexibility Class : This versatile class combines Yoga, stretch, contortion, and conditioning techniques to improve your range of movement and overall body strength. Each class focuses on a particular area or movement style.

Dance Class : All levels welcome. Join us for some fun dance classes. Contemporary, jazz, modern, hip-hop and a whole lot more. Every week is a different dance, new moves and lots of fun.

Mixed Pole: Beginner 2 to Intermediate students. Know the basics and comfortable with inverting? This is the class for you. Step it up a notch and learn new pole tricks, combinations, and routines.

Intermediate / Advanced Pole : Once you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to fly! Learn different invert variations, spend more time in the air than on the ground, and start to build incredible upper body and core strength.

Burlesque : All levels welcome. Join us for some fun Burlesque dancing. Short heels and a long scarf are required. Stockings and short skirts add to the theme but optional.

Conditioning : Whilst we are in lock down we would like you to maintain your pole strength. This class is for all levels and will help build foundational strength and keep you strong whilst you are off the Pole.

Yoga: This class is used to build a strong and healthy foundation with a focus on balance, strength and flexibility.
